BOOTY CAMP
•BOOTY CAMP The booty camp is a 35 minute intense class focused on burning body fat whilst toning & shaping the legs & booty! We use resistance bands throughout to create a more intense workout and maximise our results.

BODY BLITZ
•BODY BLITZ This class is designed to give an all over full body toning and aerobic experience. The class is set to cater for all fitness levels, easier and harder alternatives will be given to every exercise whilst attaining the added motivation that group exercise creates.

TABATA
•TABATA Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. SPIN BIKE CLASS

HIIT

Hi my name is Rebecca and i'm the manager at Primal Edge Gym. In my role i deal with the day to day running of the gym, i am also our resident first aider and front of house personal.

Hi I'm Amy and I'm a fully qualified Personal Trainer at Primal Edge Gym. I have been involved in sports and fitness for the past 7 years. I am a former GB athlete with experience in coaching, both in the gym and in varying sports. Going to the gym can be an overwhelming experience for anyone, especially newbies.
My goal as a PT is to help those who are feeling a bit lost gain confidence in the gym and in themselves. I strive to give guidance that will allow you to achieve your goals. As a PT I offer 1-1 gym sessions and personalised training plans based on your goals.
